How to reach JKU?
From Cuttack station – (By Auto, about Rs. 300 and by taxi, about Rs. 700) Ask your driver to proceed on the Cuttack – Bhubaneshwar road for about 4 km, and take a right turn to Cuttack – Banki road. After passing the level crossing, travel for about 19 km on the Cuttack – Banki road. After crossing the Ramchandi village, take a left to the village road leading to JKU. From Bhubaneshwar station (Auto, about Rs. 500 and taxi, about Rs. 900), proceed on the Bhubaneshwar – Cuttack road for about 15 km and take a left to Cuttack – Banki road. Then follow the route as described above. From Bhubaneshwar Airport (Auto about Rs. 600 and taxi, about Rs. 1000 or Rs. 800 by Ola), ask the driver to reach the Nandankanan road, proceed further till you reach a junction at Trisulia, take a left and proceed on the Banki road till you reach Ramchandi village from where you can easily reach JKU campus. Please note that there are too many Ramchandis in Odisha. You have to reach one on the Cuttack – Banki road.
The Campus: The 100 acre campus of the University is laid on a beautiful piece of land, surrounded by scenic beauty with hillocks, gardens and greeneries. One can enjoy peace and tranquillity, away from noise and pollution of the crowded cities. We have a Wellness Centre in the campus. The members can take a Jacuzzi bath or body massage or a steam bath and relax. The naturopathy diet is also available in the Naturopathy canteen. For all these, please contact Ms. Shailee and book in advance. Please note that the entire campus is declared as non-smoking and non-alcohol area.

The weather will be pleasant in November in Odisha. Anyhow a light sweater is recommended.
We will be happy to provide free but modest accommodation (non AC) to all the participants (on sharing basis). Mattresses and pillows will be provided in the rooms. Cots will be also be provided on ‘first come first served’ basis, decided on payment of registration fees. Participants will have to bring their own heating rod (for hot water), torch light, candle, match box, blankets, towels, soaps etc, mosquito net, mosquito repellent etc. A few AC rooms are also available on payment, for which the delegates have to book in advance after the payment of registration fees. Please contact Ms. Shailee for the same. Food: Only vegetarian food is permitted in the campus. Delegates will be provided delectable vegetarian lunch on the conference days. Breakfast and dinner are available in the canteen at a nominal price (as low as Rs. 50 per day).
We have a hospital and a pharmacy in the campus that function between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. We also have a Naturopathy hospital that offers drugless cure for most of the ailments. Delegates may contact the duty doctor and fix up an appointment, if there need be
